These one-on-one classes allow you to benefit the most from your workout by doing techniques and exercises accurately under direct supervision and guidance. Ideal for the busy professional, business owner, parent, or anyone who needs a customized workout program.

Program benefits include strength training, flexibility, better fitness & cardio, stunt training, and/or a weight loss program. This can be a belt level program with all aspects of Dojang martial arts training. Working one-on-one provides a safer, more effective, and more beneficial workout.

Kids Private Training

Private sessions customized to your training goals and needs.

We pair older youth at more advanced belt levels with your kids; these one-on-one classes will help your kids improve technique and master the skills required for their belt progression.
