Dojang Boot Camps: Sign up today

The Train Like a Champ” Boot Camp program will begin running in the coming week and that we are now accepting registration.
Message from Robert:
I understand how busy working life in Vancouver can be and how much time and energy goes into keeping your kids healthy and happy. Our sessions will be running at 6am and 7am giving everyone a chance to find some time in their day for themselves, their health and well being. As we enter the second half of January, reflect on any resolutions you made in terms of fitness and wellness. If you realize that you haven’t made the time to pursue your goal then give me the opportunity to help you get the process started.
Sessions run Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Contact us at your convenience with any questions you might have or additional info you might need. Hope to see everyone you on the mats!
